RNAseq datasets

During my postdoctoral work at King’s College London I have been involved in creating two websites with easy access to sequencing data. Both websites focus on cells in the peripheral nervous system.

  1. RNA-seq-browser.herokuapp.com: This website aims to give an overview of neuro-immune interactions in the peripheral nervous system using bulk RNAseq from individual cell types. The data has been published by various laboratories and includes both uninjured and injured conditions.

  2. Single Cell Portal: This website contains single cell seq data from dorsal root ganglia. The data includes cells from both uninjured and injured mice (crush or litigation of sciatic nerve). Furthermore, the website also contains data from cells after 3 days in culture.
